Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply choose the product you want, add it to your cart, and complete checkout using your preferred payment method.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact us with the email address used at checkout.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery time is typically 7–15 business days, depending on your location and product availability.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Why is my tracking not updating?

Tracking information can take a few days to update after the package has been shipped. If there has been no update for several days, contact us and we’ll help check the status.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

How do I request a return?

Please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. This may take several business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers. We do not store your full payment details.

Product Questions

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
